Refund Policy

At Caltra Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality services tailored to your needs. Due to the nature of our work, we have a strict no-refund policy. Please read the terms below carefully before engaging our services.

No-Refund Principle

  • Because our work is custom-built and time-based, all payments are non-refundable once a project is confirmed and invoiced.

Exceptions

  • If Caltra Media cannot commence a project due to an unforeseen issue on our side, we will offer either (a) a full refund or (b) equivalent service credits—at your choice.

Cancellation

  • If you request cancellation before work begins, we may—at our sole discretion—issue a credit note for unused funds, applicable to future services within six months.
  • Once work has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Service Modifications

  • Minor revisions that fall within the original scope are included.
  • Requests beyond scope will be quoted separately and require written approval.
